All Provisions.Amends the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to ensure mortgages held or securitized by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and asset-backed securities issued by such enterprises are treated similarly as other mortgages and asset-backed securities for purposes of the credit risk retention requirements under such Act.
S. 222, Limiting Investor and Homeowner Loss in Foreclosure Act of 2010. All Provisions. Limits investor and homeowner losses in foreclosures, and other purposes.
H.R.836, Emergency Mortgage Relief Program Termination Act. All Provisions. Rescinds the unobligated funding for the Emergency Mortgage Relief Program and terminates the program.

S. 489, Preserving Home and Communities Act of 2011. All Provisions. Requires certain mortgagees to evaluate loans for modifications, establishes a grant program for State and local government mediation programs, and other purposes.
