Increase funding for the Department of State's MRA and ERMA accounts; improve the refugee admissions program; issues relevant to immigration services, asylum and detention in DHS, refugee resettlement role of HHS and immigration review in DOJ. Prevent the enactment of legislation that would restrict the rights of refugees or asylum seekers and amend all post-911 anti-terrorism provisions that are having unintended consequences for refugee and asylum seekers.
