John Cornyn Rep. Michael McCaul for an event at the UT's Texas Advanced Computing Center to announce the TIE proposal and hold a roundtable discussion with industry stakeholders about the CHIPS Act/USICA/America Competes legislation and the need for investment in semiconductor and microelectronics R&D.
