Supported the Job Protection & Recession Prevention Act of 2012 (H.R. 8), which provides a two-year alternative minimum tax patch (covering 2012 and 2013) and extends through Dec. 31, 2013 the tax cuts originally enacted in 2001 and 2003.
Urged Congress to find new revenues in the context of the comprehensive tax reform and budget debate to ensure the viability of the Highway Trust Fund's long term viability.
