Advocacy in support of the Online Civil Rights Act, a model bill to regulate artificial intelligence. Issues impacting privacy, technology, and civil rights, including artificial intelligence, algorithmic auditing and data minimization, artificial intelligence labeling, artificial intelligence assessments and high-impact harms, internet regulation, CDA 230, commercial surveillance, biometric technology, facial recognition technology, data ownership and diversity, cross-border data flows and digital trade proposals, a digital justice bill of rights, and Department of Justice Application of Title VI to Facial Recognition Technology. Section 222 of the Communications Act. Advocacy in support of Executive Order 14110 Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence, and full implementation.
