If an area is decimated by war, natural disaster, or other event that destroys such records, citizens are displaced without the autonomy to move safely and legally to a new area. Having such records on an immutable system is something that Liberland, as a new nation, may set the standard for other countries to follow. It is not cost efficient for existing countries to migrate from legacy systems to a blockchain system.
